How are points earned?
After signing up, you’ll earn one point for every dollar you spend at one of our dispensaries once you have opted into the loyalty program. (Not inclusive of sales tax.)
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, simply let your budtender know in-store during check out. Points are deducted from your account balance at the time of redemption.
How long does it take for points to be added to my wallet?
Points can take up to 24 hours to update after you make an order.
How can I access my points balance?
You can access your points through your Cookies Sacramento app our via your browser on your digital wallet online here https://cookies916.com/rewards-program-sign-in/
I signed up for SMS but didn't get a text.
This may be due to a carrier issue. Unfortunately, T-mobile & Sprint restrict SMS messaging. Try signing up with an email or using your email to create/ access your wallet. Don’t forget to download our app and turn on your push notifications also!
Where can I use and earn points at?
You can earn and redeem points in-store. Just show your budtender your available rewards through the app or ask a staff member in store for your points balance at checkout.
When do my points expire?
Points will expire after 365 days after they are earned. So make sure to stop in to use your points!
